Brazen, that's me!

Now that I know what's up with my insurance, I dashed out to pick up my drugs. The bill came to $275. Ouch! However, I do have a little piece of paper that reads, "deductible satisfied," so future refills will be lots more reasonable.

Hm. I wonder if the deductible resets on the calendar year? I need to make a phone call.

Anyway, on the way back from the pharmacy, I passed a sexy man in a suit and tie, closely cropped hair, goatee, a little shorter than me. I smiled at him as we passed, then looked back over my shoulder to see that he was looking back at me. :-)

We paused for a moment, then I walked back and introduced myself and learned that his name is also Steve. I gave him my phone number and we parted ways. He said he'd call. I also told him that I'd be at the Chesapeake Squares meeting tonight. Maybe he'll wander over.

I walked into my apartment, tossed the pharmacy bag down and walked right back out again to go to the grocery store. On the way back, I ran into Steve again. His appointment had been shifted back a few minutes, so he was walking back to his place for a few minutes.

So he's in my neighborhood, too!

Too bad my apartment is a wreck. :-\
