Last night
Mar. 26th, 2006 12:48 pmJeffrey and I had a great time last night. My soup tasted wonderful (that recipe is a keeper!), and we paired it with some quesadillas he had prepared. The movie was A Room at the End of the World, which was quite good. The character of Bobby is the kind of person I'd like to be, I think. Dessert was the pecan pie with a little bit of whipped cream and a dollop of ice cream on the side.
This was the first time that I spent the night with Jeffrey on a weekend. It was very pleasant to be able to lie in bed and snuggle for a change. We didn't get out of bed until after 10 a.m. to have some cantaloupe and juice and talk some more. Then we accompanied each other to the grocery store and returned to his apartment, where I collected my things and went home.
I'm planning to wash my towels today, especially all my little hand towels. I don't know how in the world they get so dirty! Then I might attempt some more cleaning.
