Weeked Update

deege asked how the weekend in West Virginia went. Well, we all had a grand time. grok posted his notes on the weekend here and gregmce has posted his here and here. Be sure to check out their photos!

This is going to be brief; I don't have the time to write as much as I'd like today. I really should have made some time earlier in the week. Sigh.

Saturday was riding the train from Baltimore to DC, getting a ride from grok to their house, traveling to the guest house in WV, finding Greg and Roger, swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, dinner at the guest house restaurant, Hello Kitty Uno! in the guest house bar and Tod and Doug having a tickle fight back at our suite.

Sunday was breakfast, lounging around playing pool and surfing the internet, hiking in Lost River state park, lunch, swimming, games, dinner (Roger made a lovely veggie lasagna and Greg backed cookies!), and a bridge tournament. Then I stayed up late playing a couple of grok's video games on my PSP. Sunday was simply perfect. Hanging out in a beautiful place with good friends.

Monday was breakfast, lounging around playing pool and surfing the internet, packing up and traveling back home.

We all had a fabulous time. It was one of those perfect weekends. I hope we do it again sometime.
