Good morning sunshine

I love sunny mornings. My apartment has a single window in the main room, and a couple of windows in the kitchen, and they face the sunrise. When the morning dawns bright and sunny, sunbeams slant through the window and hit the bed, sometimes gently waking me before the radio has a chance to jar me our of sleep.

Then I can work for an hour or so in natural light before the sun climbs far enough that the light from the window is insufficient and I have to turn on the lights in the apartment.

I was always a little envious of mai_neh's DC apartment with all of the windows. I much prefer natural light.
