Rob and Mike left on their trip this morning. Snoopy seems unconcerned, but Beau cried and howled when they left and again about an hour later. Interestingly, they left and returned a few minutes later because they had the wrong maps. Beau didn't cry when they left the first time, but he made a sorrowful racket upon their actual departure. Weird.
And I realize now that I forgot to take my lunch pills yesterday. That's three medications that I missed. I think I may have missed my lunch pills once in two years. If I forget to take my meds, it's usually the single evening pill — not that I forget very often at all.
So now I'm sitting in this suburban house, complete with two dogs, a cat and a hot tub. Wireless internet, books, cable television, DVDs... I've got all the comforts.
Since I'm only a mile away from a metro station, I think I'll try to attend the Lambda SF Dr. Who/Battlestar Galactica viewing tomorrow night.
